By the time the phone call has finished, we’ll offer you our No Win – No Fee* service and then send out your client pack. Once you’ve got this just read, sign and return to us.
Now we’ve got your documents, our team can get to work in putting the meat on the bones of your claim. We’ll keep you up to date with how we’re doing, but we won’t bombard you.
Once we’ve finished, we’ll get in touch, hopefully with good news, and arrange to get your compensation back to you, minus our fees (sorry about that!)
